Mohd Azmil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering with Management (Hons) from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and brings extensive experience in facilities management, particularly in planning, operations, and preventive and corrective maintenance for both commercial and institutional buildings. With a solid background in civil, mechanical, and electrical systems, he has led various high-profile contracts, including facilities for TNB, Maybank branches, and holiday apartments across Peninsular Malaysia. He is recognised for his strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on expertise in M&E coordination. Currently, he serves as Facility Manager for three major properties under PHB — CP Tower, Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, and ICON City where he ensures operational excellence, compliance, and seamless facilities support.

Mohd Safari Idris

DATARAN PHB, HEXTAR TOWER & MENARA 1 DUTAMAS

Mohd Safari is a qualified electrical engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical (Power) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, bringing over 15 years of experience in the field of facilities management. He specializes in building operations, preventive maintenance, contract compliance, and team leadership, and has managed a diverse range of assets including corporate offices, hostels, government buildings, and commercial complexes, with notable roles at Sapura Resources, PJS Development, and Global Facilities Management. His expertise spans electrical systems, HVAC, civil and mechanical operations, vendor management, and regulatory compliance, backed by certifications from BEM, IEM, CIDB, and MBOT. Currently, he is the Facility Manager overseeing Dataran PHB and Menara Hextar, where he leads multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations aligned with ISO and OSHA standards.

Mohd Hanafi Shafie

MAYANG MALL

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in electrical and facility management, Mohd Hanafi is a certified High Voltage Chargeman (BO 11kV) with extensive expertise across high- and low-voltage systems, generator synchronisation, HVAC, fire protection, and building automation systems. He holds Chargeman A1 and A4 certifications from Institut Kemahiran MARA and has served in various industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, aviation, commercial complexes, and utilities. Currently serving as Facility Manager, oversees critical building systems at Mayang Mall, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety in high-voltage (33kV) environments, HVAC systems, LPG infrastructure, and integrated facilities management.

Ahmad Nazarudin Mohamad Jawahir

Ahmad Nazarudin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from Kolej Universiti Teknologi Tun Hussein Onn and is a registered Mechanical Engineer with BEM since 2010, as well as a Certified Energy Manager (AEMAS, 2014). With over 15 years of experience in facilities management, he has held key roles in both operational and strategic functions, including overseeing maintenance, energy efficiency, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. His strong technical background spans mechanical, electrical, and civil systems, with a consistent focus on safety, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. He has served as both Facility Manager and Verifier across multiple organisations, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and maintaining quality standards. Currently, he serves as the Facility Manager for three major buildings under PHB: Menara Prisma, Skypark, and Quill 18, where he leads all aspects of facilities operations to ensure smooth, safe, and cost-effective building management.

Ahmad Zaki Abdul Razak

NU EMPIRE

An experienced facilities and project management professional, Ahmad Zaki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering (Process Engineering) from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka and brings over 15 years of cross-industry experience spanning property management, manufacturing, water treatment, HVAC systems, and engineering consultancy. His expertise covers a wide range of competencies, including project leadership, maintenance and service management, pump systems, compliance with API 610 and Shell DEP standards, and technical sales. Having held managerial roles in companies like PHB Facility Management, PMW Concrete Industries, and Xylem Water Solutions, he is well-versed in overseeing CAPEX and OPEX planning, site operations, equipment installation, and regulatory compliance. He is also certified in Flowserve Pump & Seal, ISO 14001, and various project and quality management programs, with strong technical and interpersonal skills that support his solutions-driven approach to operations and engineering excellence.

Abdullah Farhan Zainudin

Abdullah Farhan is a certified energy manager and experienced facilities and property management professional with over a decade of expertise in managing complex building operations, sustainability initiatives, and energy efficiency programs. An alumni of Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK), he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. He has led operations at prominent organisations, including Bank Pembangunan Malaysia, IGB Property Management, and UEM Edgenta. Farhan has a proven track record in overseeing major infrastructure upgrades, implementing safety and energy management systems, and contributing to sustainability reporting. His certifications include GHG accounting, energy management, and M&V, reflecting a strong commitment to operational excellence and environmental stewardship.

Mohamad Fuad Shahrul Kamar

Mohamad Fuad is a results-driven operations and facilities management professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience across retail, hospitality, theme parks, sports complexes, and commercial facilities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Science (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, supported by a Diploma in Accountancy, providing him with a strong foundation in strategic management, operational planning, and financial control. He brings extensive expertise in end-to-end facility and property operations, including vendor and contract management, budgeting and cost control, safety and emergency compliance, KPI tracking, and service quality improvement. His career spans key roles with PHB Facility Management Berhad, Knight Frank Property Management, EduCity Sports Complex, HomePro Malaysia, and LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, where he played a critical role in both pre-opening projects and ongoing operational excellence. Recognised for his leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to manage complex, fast-paced environments, he is known for driving efficiency improvements, enhancing guest and customer experience, and maintaining high operational standards through strong stakeholder engagement and team development.

Mohd Pazli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology (Air Conditioning & Industrial Refrigeration) from Universiti Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia France Institute and brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in operations and facilities management. He has extensive expertise in managing commercial buildings and shopping malls, with strong capabilities in mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps) and electrical systems (LV, HT, and ELV), ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant building operations. He is a registered Engineering Technologist with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), a Professional Technologist (Ts) registered with MBOT, and a Certified Energy Manager, with additional credentials as a Registered Electrical Energy Manager. Throughout his career, he has held key roles with MRCB Sentral Properties, SSRV (Malaysia), Semasa Services, and Patco Malaysia Berhad, where he managed building maintenance, contractor performance, statutory compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Ahmad Izzat holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Infrastructure University of Kuala Lumpur and brings over 10 years of experience in facility and building management within complex commercial and corporate environments. He has extensive expertise in managing non-comprehensive and comprehensive facilities management contracts, with strong capabilities in operational analysis, asset performance optimisation, vendor and contract management, and statutory compliance. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles with JLL Malaysia, SSRV Sdn Bhd, and Global Facility Management Berhad, managing high-profile assets for clients such as PHB, CIMB Bank, CelcomDigi, and Bank Negara Malaysia. His experience spans critical building systems, risk mitigation, service level optimisation, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record in improving operational efficiency, recovering financial losses, and enhancing occupant satisfaction. He is recognised for his analytical approach, strong leadership skills, and ability to drive continuous improvement through strategic planning, innovative solutions, and the development of high-performing teams in fast-paced facilities management environments.

Aidil Azim Mohamad Fozi

Aidil Azim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical–Automotive) from the International Islamic University Malaysia and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Energy Management at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. He brings extensive experience in facility, asset, and project management across large-scale commercial and corporate buildings, with a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and integrated facilities management. He is a Certified Facility Management Manager (CFMM), Certified Green Building Index Facilitator (GBIF), and a Certified Train the Trainer, with hands-on expertise in managing comprehensive IFM contracts, asset life cycle planning, budgeting and P&L management, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Throughout his career, he has led high-profile projects with Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad, CBRE GWS, SSRV, Edgenta Greentech, and KFM Systems, including green-certified buildings, critical system upgrades, and major retrofitting works.
