Mohd Azmil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering with Management (Hons) from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and brings extensive experience in facilities management, particularly in planning, operations, and preventive and corrective maintenance for both commercial and institutional buildings. With a solid background in civil, mechanical, and electrical systems, he has led various high-profile contracts, including facilities for TNB, Maybank branches, and holiday apartments across Peninsular Malaysia. He is recognised for his strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on expertise in M&E coordination. Currently, he serves as Facility Manager for three major properties under PHB — CP Tower, Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, and ICON City where he ensures operational excellence, compliance, and seamless facilities support.

Mohd Safari is a qualified electrical engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical (Power) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, bringing over 15 years of experience in the field of facilities management. He specializes in building operations, preventive maintenance, contract compliance, and team leadership, and has managed a diverse range of assets including corporate offices, hostels, government buildings, and commercial complexes, with notable roles at Sapura Resources, PJS Development, and Global Facilities Management. His expertise spans electrical systems, HVAC, civil and mechanical operations, vendor management, and regulatory compliance, backed by certifications from BEM, IEM, CIDB, and MBOT.
